Trades Apprenticeship Program

Our Trades Apprenticeship Program is a practical path into real, paying work in the skilled trades, especially construction and HVAC. We welcome unemployed, underemployed, and career-changing adults who are ready to learn by doing, not just by reading.

You train on actual job sites, side by side with experienced tradespeople, so you feel confident using tools, following safety steps, and solving real problems. We mix this hands-on work with simple, clear classroom-style sessions to help you prepare for industry-recognized certifications that employers look for when hiring.

From day one, we walk with you: recruiting support, mentorship, and career counseling, plus help with resumes, interviews, and job placement. If you are rebuilding after time away from the workforce, we understand those hurdles and keep our learning environment respectful, patient, and encouraging.
